Named after the famous locally born author, and the largest and most modern of our conference rooms, the D H Lawrence room has concertina style double doors, allowing easy access plus three other standard sized exit doors into the room. Room hire includes the use of a flip chart, screen, OHP and water fountain. In addition to this, the room has an LCD projector and DVD / video player available for hire and is also fitted with air conditioning, a sound system and loop system.

The entrance is narrowed at approximately 19 feet by 13 feet making it ideal for a display stand or to act as a registration/information area, then opening up to the main area of approximately 30 feet by 34 feet with skylight style windows.
